Kelly Gillen | Vice President, Non-Profit Services
As Vice President of Non-Profit Services at Ignite Philanthropy, Kelly provides leadership and project management for Ignite’s Fundraising Strategy and Campaign projects. She approaches each new project with a problem solving and analytical mindset, working closely with clients and the Ignite team to align strategy with project execution and ensure effective fundraising solutions. Focusing on long-term success, Kelly always seeks to build and strengthen infrastructure, and ensure the highest quality deliverables for Ignite’s clients.
Kelly is a passionate supporter and champion of the non-profit sector with a background in non-profit management and strategy. Prior to joining Ignite Philanthropy, Kelly worked in New York City at Harlem Grown, a youth development organization. Kelly joined Harlem Grown during its start-up phase and was responsible for managing the organization’s strategic growth, overseeing expansion of staff, spearheading a robust strategic planning process, and developing and implementing a full scope of programming.
Kelly received her Master’s in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute in New York City. She brings a strong design-thinking approach to projects having received her undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Outside of work, Kelly is an active member of her community, volunteers with several local non-profits, and is an avid community gardener.
