Ignite's Leadership Team: Tara Noland, Scott Provancher, Teresa Hoelle

Preparing to Meet our Community’s Greatest Needs

After everything that our community and country has experienced in the last year, the need for philanthropy to fuel healing, restoration, and growth has never been more important.

The unique role Ignite Philanthropy plays by working closely with both philanthropists and non-profit organizations underscores the tremendous demand for additional charitable giving over the coming years to address our region’s most pressing challenges and to advance transformational community projects.

In order to support our growing work in the community with non-profit and philanthropic organizations, now and into the future, Ignite is making proactive investments to build and prepare our team.

We are pleased to announce that Tara Noland and Teresa Hoelle have been promoted to the Ignite Leadership Team and will lead our Non-Profit Services and Philanthropic Services divisions respectfully.

Tara Noland, Senior Vice President, Non-Profit Services, will lead our strategic capital planning and fundraising efforts with our non-profit clients. Tara joined Ignite after leading as Executive Director of the Greenlight Fund. She quickly rose to an essential lead on our team, playing critical roles in advancing our work with Accelerate Great Schools, Cincinnati Public Radio, Bethany House, Cincinnati State Technical College and many more organizations.

Teresa Hoelle, who most recently served as Senior Vice President of our Non-Profit Services division, has transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President, Philanthropic Services. Teresa will lead our work with our corporate and family foundation clients. Prior to joining Ignite in 2018, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Vice President of Institutional Advancement at ArtWorks.

In addition to Tara & Teresa’s new roles, we are adding to our growing team and forging significant new partnerships. Three new team members joined Ignite in the last month, bringing solid experience and broad perspective from across the United States. And we are pleased to share that we are sponsoring the important work of Black Achievers and we’ve formed a strategic partnership to ensure all voices and perspectives are included as we work to shape our community’s future.
