Emily Greenberg | Program Officer, Philanthropic Services
As a Program Officer within the Philanthropic Services Division, Emily supports multiple foundation client relationships and works with these clients to ensure their philanthropic vision and goals are realized in partnership with non-profit recipients. She approaches her work with a passion for philanthropy and an eye toward customer service.
Emily brings over seven years of experience in impact-based evaluation and grantmaking to community organizations to this role. Prior to joining the Ignite Philanthropy team, Emily served as a Program Evaluator for the Best Starts for Kids Levy in King County, WA where she led evaluation of five strategies supporting programming for children from prenatal to five years of age.
Emily graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and received her Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan with a focus on Health Behavior and Health Education. In her free time, Emily loves hiking and rock climbing with her partner Josh. She is also a gardening enthusiast and enjoys planting both vegetables and flowers.
