data analysis efforts, extracting insights to boost fundraising. Isabel’s dedication to Ignite’s values drives her to excel.

Transitioning from her previous role as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at a local chemical manufacturer, Isabel has embarked on a new career path driven by her lifelong passion for
technology and recent enthusiasm for advancements in AI.

Outside of work, Isabel can be found dancing with friends, practicing hot yoga, traveling, or playing video games. Isabel lives in Downtown Cincinnati with her partner and their cat Gigi
(Full name Gandalf). Isabel is excited to help Ignite and their employees achieve their goals.
