Laura Reece | Director

As a Director within the Nonprofit Services Division, Laura works closely with clients to facilitate campaign planning and implementation through collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.

Laura comes to Ignite Philanthropy with nonprofit experience in education and the arts. Prior to joining the team, she spent seven years at GRAD Cincinnati, a small nonprofit that worked with Cincinnati Public Schools to provide tutoring, after school programming, and college and career readiness services to over 3,000 students in seven low-income schools. During her time with GRAD Cincinnati, Laura played a key role in grant writing, fundraising, program development, and evaluation.

Laura earned a Master of Arts in Educational Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Art History from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and running marathons. Laura lives in Pleasant Ridge with her dogs Stella and Otis.
