Mackenzie Duan | Associate

As an Associate within the Non-Profit Services Division, Mackenzie is responsible for supporting fundraising campaigns, strategy, and campaign planning engagements for a portfolio of leading non-profits primarily located in the Cincinnati region.

Mackenzie arrived at Ignite after a career as a Musical Theatre performer and returning to Cincinnati to begin graduate school. She will complete her MA in Arts Administration and her MBA this coming April. Before coming to Ignite, she interned at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and the Cincinnati Art Museum in their respective Philanthropy departments. Her memberships and affiliations include the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), founding membership of the Theatre Communications Group (TCG) Next Gen Taskforce, and Actors Equity Association (AEA).

Mackenzie also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Kent State University. In her spare time you can find her playing tennis and cooking a delicious meal from scratch with her fiancé, Evan.
