As Director of Human Resources & Operations at Ignite Philanthropy, Rachel is responsible for supporting the employees who make Ignite’s work possible.

Rachel’s career began in the nonprofit space as Program Director at Breakthrough Cincinnati, where she enjoyed working with both middle school and college students who were passionate about education. After experiencing consulting as an HR Business Partner at Sheakley HR, she is thrilled to be back at a mission-driven organization so connected to the community. Rachel is also a YP member of Impact 100, a women’s giving circle in Cincinnati.

Rachel holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College. She lives in Oakley with her family and enjoys running the hills of Cincinnati, tending to her plants, and reading good books.
