As an Associate within the Non-Profit Services Division, Ricky is responsible for supporting fundraising campaigns, strategy, and campaign planning engagements for a portfolio of leading non-profits primarily located in the Cincinnati region.

Ricky comes to Ignite Philanthropy after 6 years of nonprofit fundraising in the arts. Most recently serving as Development Associate with The Cincinnati Opera where he assisted in fundraising and was a key member of the data management team. He also managed the Opera’s young professional Board, Center Stage Board Associates. This group of 25 young professionals were responsible for meeting fundraising goals through dues, events, and grant writing.

Ricky received a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance from Northern Kentucky University. In his free time, you can find him teaching salsa or playing saxophone in the Greater Cincinnati area.
