As the Accounting & Operations Manager within the Philanthropic Services Division, Sharlene provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, and back-office support for multiple private, corporate, and family foundations, as well as donor advised funds. Sharlene approaches her work with a high level of detail and accuracy, which fosters a sense of trust with our clients.

Sharlene brings to Ignite 20+ years of experience providing financial & operational management support in the non-profit sector. Most recently, Sharlene spent 10 years of her career at Cincinnati Works where she supported the Board and served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She has a vested interest in non-profits that focus on education and
healthcare, especially as it relates to generational poverty.

Sharlene is a Cincinnati native. In her free time, Sharlene enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family where she can share a laugh. She resides in Cincinnati with her spouse and has two adult children.
