Teresa Hoelle

CINCINNATI, OH (October 16, 2018) — Ignite Philanthropy is pleased to announce that a seasoned non-profit executive is joining its leadership team. Teresa Hoelle has been named Vice President, Client Services, and will serve on the organization’s executive leadership team. In her role, Hoelle will be responsible for business development and managing a significant portfolio of client projects. Hoelle will co-lead the Non-Profit Services division alongside Vice President Kelly Gillen, and will work in collaboration with Vice President Annemarie Henkel, who leads Philanthropic Services and Business Operations.

Hoelle currently serves on the executive leadership team of United Way of Greater Cincinnati as its Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer where she leads the marketing and communication strategy for the sixth largest United Way in the country. She previously served as Vice President, Institutional Advancement at ArtWorks where she helped double the organization’s annual budget in less than four years. Hoelle will begin her role at Ignite Philanthropy in early November.

The timing of the addition to Ignite Philanthropy’s leadership team is part of a planned organizational expansion. In late October, Laura Reece will join as a Manager within the Non-Profit Services division. Prior to joining Ignite Philanthropy, Reece served for seven years in various program, fundraising and marketing leadership roles at GRAD Cincinnati. Additionally, Bethany Monahan has recently been promoted to the role of Business Associate.
