Teresa Hoelle

Teresa Hoelle serves as Senior Vice President, Communications & Culture, is member of the Executive Team, and a co-owner of Ignite Philanthropy.

A Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 recipient, Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and global business from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University. Prior to joining Ignite’s management team in 2018, Teresa previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Vice President of Institutional Advancement at ArtWorks.

Teresa was appointed to the Hamilton County Developmental Disability Services Board in 2023 and since 2021 has served on the advisory board of DDX3X Foundation to fund research, provide support and build community for children and families living with rare diseases.
