Bella Frueh

Manager, Non-Profit Services

Isabella (Bella) Frueh, MA (she/her) is a proud born-and-raised Cincinnatian; for what it's worth, she claims both East & West sides of our region as home and has spent time working in Northern Kentucky as well!

Bella joins Ignite after seventeen (17) years serving nonprofits through employment and volunteerism. Having spent time as an early care teacher, camp unit director, resource coordinator, professional trainer, and Program Officer, she has most recently spent time consulting nonprofit clients on strategy build-out and data analysis; program design, facilitation, and impact evaluation; and grantwriting.

Bella is a current member of NAEYC's National Affiliate Advisory Council; current founding member of the Public Allies Cincinnati Advisory Board; current President of the Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati Board of Directors; an American Heart Association 2024 Leader of Impact; and a proud graduate of the Leadership Council for NonProfits' BOLD program (2019), Groundwork Ohio's Leadership & Advocacy Fellowship (2022), and YWCA of Greater Cincinnati's Rising Stars Equity Leadership program (2024).

Most importantly, Bella serves Greater Cincinnati from a place of humility and learning, firmly believing that we all have parts to play in building stronger, more resilient communities.
