(He/His)
Larry Daniels is a seasoned professional with a decade-long dedication to the world of nonprofits. Most recently, he was living in Wichita, KS working as Project Manager for the Public Policy and Management Center at Wichita State University leading strategic planning efforts for local government and nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, Larry was working as the Development and Special Events Manager for the 14th Street Y in New York City, managing the Community Center’s individual giving program and events to support donor cultivation and annual fundraising efforts.
During his time in NYC, Larry worked simultaneously in his fundraising career alongside a flourishing career as a professional dancer, specializing in immersive dance theater. Larry’s time in the dance world wasn’t just about artistic expression; it was a period of multidimensional growth. Balancing the creative aspects of dance with the intricacies of nonprofit administration, he discovered the profound impact of storytelling to inspire people to give, and became the foundation of his professional career in fundraising.
Larry holds a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership and Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A new resident of Mt. Adams, Larry and his husband are embracing their new home in Cincinnati with their French Bulldog, Howie.
