Executive Team Manager

As the Executive Team Manager at Ignite, Miranda’s role extends beyond the administrative and strategic support she provides Ignite’s executive team. She is a key player in Ignite’s business development and relationship management efforts, where her focus on relationship building has proven instrumental in fostering trust with our stakeholders. She also is responsible for Ignite’s bookkeeping and financial reporting. Miranda’s strategic approach to her work is a testament to her value and contribution to Ignite.

In her previous role as Manager, Philanthropic Services, Miranda provided bookkeeping, financial reporting, and back-office support for multiple private, corporate, and family foundations and donor-advised funds.

Miranda has over a decade of experience providing financial management support to Ignite in the philanthropic sector. Before Ignite, Miranda spent 11 years of her career at United Way of Greater Cincinnati on the Finance & Operations Team. In her most recent role, she managed a team that collectively processed donations and grant revenue of approximately $75 million annually. She was also responsible for the finance functions of the UWGC Foundation, including contributions, investment reconciliation, financial statements, and board report preparation.

Miranda is a Cincinnati native and currently lives in Colerain Township. Miranda enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family in her free time, especially her three-year-old son, TJ. She is also a makeup enthusiast and enjoys all things beauty and fashion.
